Krissy is a former art teacher turned full-time mama of 3. After earning her Master’s Degree in Art Education (with an emphasis in Children’s Literature), Krissy taught art to 7th through 12th graders at a rural high school in Pennsylvania. She left her teaching job and the area where she grew up to grow her family and entrepreneurial dreams. After an unexpected divorce, she moved her two only children, Sawyer and Priscilla, back to her hometown near family and friends. Now they are happily living with Krissy’s fiancé, Cliff, and their new baby boy, J.C., in a quaint little home in Upstate New York. Staying home to raise her children has allowed Krissy to be the mama she wants to be while nurturing her dream of B-Inspired.

The B-Inspired Mama Shop allows Krissy to pursue her love of all things vintage and thrifting. And blogging at B-Inspired Mama allows her to connect other moms with simple ideas for kid-friendly crafts, easy recipes, learning fun, and creative parenting tips.
